The Broiler XXL offers a large cooking area with cast iron grills and warming rack suitable for cooking for up to 8+ people. The double height adjustable charcoal grates raise and lower for both direct cooking classic burgers and bangers, but also indirect cooking, "low and slow" pulled pork and joints of meat. Front loading charcoal doors allow the fuel to be topped up throughout, so not to disturb the food on the grill. The external parts should be cleaned using a soapy water solution and a cleaning brush or sponge. For enamelled surfaces we recommend a Power Enamel Cleaner, and for stainless steel surfaces a Power Stainless Steel Cleaner. Always ensure that your barbecue is completely dry before storing it away before the next use to prevent the build up of mold or rusting.
