To heat simply place the entire product in the microwave for the recommended time. Warm to soothe, relieve aches and pains. To cool simply place the entire product within a grip seal freezer bag and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Cold temperatures ease bruises and sprains. Please note: It is normal for the product to feel damp for the first few uses due to the natural moisture content of the filling material. This will cease after the first few uses. You can place a piece of paper kitchen towel onto the microwave plate and heat as normal for the first few used if required. Only reheat from room temperature.

Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
